It's a lovely welcoming hotel with excellant services. Super friendly and incredibly welcoming stuff as one would expect. The property has a particularly good and unbeatable location, so close to the restaurant on the first night. The main bar is pleasant.

The room was compact and neat with comfortable beds, we stayed in all day. Great and lovely location - walking distance to everywhere we needed. It took us 10 minutes on foot to get to the downtown.

The venue was beautifully decorated and relaxing, I appreciated the stay and the location was ideal short walk to pub as well as the restaurant on two evenings. Actually the room was good value for money with the bedroom and kitchen plus shower gel.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were a little inexperienced.

The units are a nice size with comfortable beds. Glad to have an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron. The staff in general is extremely helpful.

Great relaxing and nicely decorated hotel located adjacent to the pub below, the restaurant on the first night and Herefordshire. Excellent location on the Wye valley way close to the river, easy to get around. Well decorated units with the bathroom, drinks, for example, very helpful employees. Incredible service and good value.
